Ethiopia Gotiti is a beautifully clean washed coffee from Yirgacheffe, Gedeo, grown at high elevations between 2,100–2,400 MASL. Known for its refined sweetness and tea-like clarity, this lot expresses the elegant side of Ethiopian coffee with soft stone fruit and citrus brightness.
The cup is smooth and delicate, opening with white peach and poached pear sweetness, followed by a gentle maple syrup depth. A mandarin lift brings freshness, while the finish stays structured and calm with a black tea aftertaste. Versatile as both espresso and filter, Gotiti is a coffee that feels balanced, approachable, and consistently elegant.
