Sudan Rume is a rare and exotic coffee variety originally discovered in the Boma Plateau of southeastern South Sudan, near the Ethiopian border.
Known for its distinctive tropical fruit notes, particularly mango and pineapple, Sudan Rume is celebrated for its exceptional sweetness and complex flavour profile.
The variety gained international recognition in 2015 when Saša Šestić used Sudan Rume to win the World Brewers Cup, bringing global attention to this remarkable coffee.
